+1 Assassin Leveling Beginner Guide: What to Do First
New to +1 Assassin Leveling? Get a clear first-session order — tutorial, Strength clicks, first boss and Wins, first pet, quests — plus what each early system does and when rebirth starts to matter.
Your first session in +1 Assassin Leveling has one simple loop: finish the tutorial, click to fight and train Strength, clear the first waves, kill the first boss for Wins, equip what drops, save up for your first pet, and claim quests as they complete. Rebirth only opens up after that early loop — it is a later, optional decision, not something you need in your first minutes.
This guide walks through that order step by step, then explains what each early system — Strength, daggers, Wins, pets, quests, boosts and rebirth — actually does, so you can spend your first currency without guessing.
Your first session, step by step
-
Finish the tutorial first. Complete it before you start spending or fighting. Every from-scratch run of the game begins the same way — one new player's opening line after loading in was that they had just finished the tutorial, before any purchase or battle.
-
Click to attack and train Strength. Clicking is the core of the whole game: each click gains you +1 Strength, per the game's official description, and the same clicking swings at the enemies in front of you. The first waves melt in seconds — one beginner's transcript reads "Wave clear. Easy." — and your damage numbers climb as Strength rises.
-
Kill the first boss for Wins. A boss shows up right after those early waves. Beat it and your Wins counter ticks up — Wins are the number the leaderboards track.
-
Equip your drops. Enemies drop items, and early drops include equippable stat gear — a crit-chance piece showed up among the first items in one first run. Pick everything up, equip the stat pieces, and swap in better ones as they drop.
-
Save your first currency for a pet. The pet shop is available immediately, and the first pet is affordable within minutes — one new player was only a short grind away from buying theirs right after the tutorial (a frog, in that run). Pets give powerful boosts, so buy one early and keep your strongest as your collection grows.
-
Claim quests as they finish. There is a quest tracker, and it fills up fast during normal play. Open it and claim what's done — claiming is manual, so check back often. Rewards shown in play included Strength, currency and pet eggs, including an item-collection quest that paid out a chunk of currency.
-
Buy up whenever you stall. Near spawn you'll find a row of weapons to buy and a training area lined with exercise machines. When you hit a wall — "I don't have enough power," as one runner put it — buy the next weapon (much stronger than the last), equip any improvements you've picked up, and keep clicking. One from-scratch run repeated exactly this pattern into the tens of thousands of Strength within its first hour.

How Strength training works
Strength is the stat everything else hangs on, and there are several ways it grows:
- Clicking. Every click is +1 Strength, so early progress is literally at your fingertip.
- The training area. The spawn area includes exercise machines you can use alongside combat.
- Leveling. Leveling up makes every hit stronger, so your Strength also climbs while you fight normally.
- Friends. Each friend playing with you adds +10% Strength, according to the official description — an easy multiplier if you have Roblox friends along.
- Timed boosts. Double-Strength boosts appear during play — short windows early on, longer ones later. Use them while you're actively grinding, not while idling.
- Power gates. Later zones display a required power total before you can enter them, which is why steady Strength training is what opens up the map.
For deeper numbers and methods, see the Assassin Leveling strength guide and the training guide. The friend bonus has its own breakdown on the friend bonus page.
Combat, waves and Wins
Combat is click-to-attack: enemies arrive in waves, a boss closes out each early stretch, and tougher zones gate on total power. Kills during normal play also level you up, and every level makes each hit stronger — fighting and Strength training are one loop, not two separate systems.
Wins come from fights like the early boss, and they feed the leaderboards. Once the first-session loop clicks, earning them becomes automatic. The combat guide covers fighting in more depth, and the wins page focuses on farming them; the leveling guide explains the level system itself.
Daggers, equips and pets: what your first currency buys
Three different things compete for your early currency, and they do three different jobs:
Daggers are your weapons. The game's official description calls them daggers — many players casually say "swords," but they're the same unlockable weapon row near spawn. They come in tiers, each stronger than the last, and buying the next one is the standard fix whenever your damage stalls. The best daggers page compares them.
Equips are stat items that drop from enemies — things like crit chance. They cost nothing but attention: collect them and keep the best.
Pets are your boosts. The official pitch is "hatch pets for powerful boosts," and in practice your first one comes from the pet shop for early currency, with quest eggs adding more over time. Keep your strongest pets equipped. Start with pet hatching, then compare options on the best pets page.
Rebirth: available later, optional early
Rebirth is not a first-session step. It only becomes available after the early loop, and when it appears, nothing forces you to use it right away. Two things are clear from play: rebirth is repeatable, and the game counts how many you've done — later objectives start demanding several before you can move on.
What a rebirth actually resets or multiplies isn't clearly documented anywhere, so treat the timing as a genuine decision rather than a reflex. One runner deliberately postponed a rebirth to push into the next stage first, and that's a sensible default for beginners: keep training, take a rebirth when you want the fresh boost or when content demands the count, and read exactly what the rebirth prompt says before you confirm.
Codes: nothing to redeem yet
If you're hunting for a codes button, you can stop — as of a check on October 5, 2026, the game has no Codes menu and no codes have been added yet. That can change with a game update, and when it does, the Codes page will list them; tracked changes land on the Updates page.
Where to go next
Once your first session is under your belt and the loop above feels automatic, two pages pick up where this one ends. The noob to pro guide maps the fastest complete route from fresh spawn to world one, and the progression guide explains how all the systems connect as you go.
